Our returns and exchanges policy is designed with the same care we put into our productsβ€”to be straightforward, fair, and respectful of your needs as our valued customer.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of delivery. Please note that due to their seasonal nature, Christmas-specific items (including Christmas Decor and Christmas Sacks) must be returned within 7 days of receipt to ensure they can be resold while still seasonally relevant.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products: Bed & Bath items, Bed Covers, Candles, and Chair Covers unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn (where applicable)
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number)

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the return timeframe using the template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item including all original packaging and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
