Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons and due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care in selecting and packaging our products, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery receipt.

Important Exception: Due to their seasonal nature, Christmas-specific items (including Christmas Decor and Christmas Sacks) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bed & Bath items
  • Bed Covers
  • Candles
  • Chair Covers

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and unworn (where applicable)
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within the return timeframe using the provided template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item with all original packaging and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to:

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
