Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation that your items have been dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$) and include GST where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. If your payment method is declined, we will not be able to process your order.

We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. Please see our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (Orders over A$50): Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Risk and Title

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you upon delivery. We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been received.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery receipt.

Important Exception: Due to their seasonal nature, Christmas-specific items (including Christmas Decor and Christmas Sacks) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Bed & Bath items
• Bed Covers
• Candles
• Chair Covers

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition
• Unused and unworn (where applicable)
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
